I usually dont mind eating here. But the servers were HORRIBLE. They forget my parties orders to the point where i was the only one with a plate. The food took forever but its because they didnt give the order to the cook. There were flies everywhere as well. Eat here if you have time to waste.

I really like the food there, they have really good fries, sides and burgers. But the ice cream is to DIE for! And if you look on the wall, they have funny puns.Edit: Grammar

We had brunch at the remodeled Itgen's today. The French toast, omelettes, hash browns, sausage & homemade ice cream were all really good. They still have the old fashioned candies and chocolate counter.

The best waffles and ice cream in the world! Home made whipped cream As well as the best Java chip ice cream. My daughter loves the banana ice cream, she orders it all the time.

A cute old school ice cream parlor. Good homeade ice cream. We got two sundaes to share for 4 people. Home made whipped cream, not yunk from a can. Could use a little sprucing up (a little run down looking) but still good for dessert!

A local gem. The food is fantastic, and the owner is a great guy. I don't get ice cream from here usually, but the burgers/rings/fries are enough for me. Then, of course, there's the oh-so-delicious Lime Ricky... ;)

Absolutely amazing. Exactly what my husband an i were looking for on a Sunday evening. Our 2 yr old daughter had a blast. Ice cream was delicious and their pound cake is out of this world . Entire staff is amazing kind friendly and very informative. Will definitely return.

This is the best place to go and get ice cream. They have so many different flavors and there all home made in the restaurant.

This place was like a blast from the past. I remember when diners looked like this one. Kitschy items strewn all over the counters and walls for sale; holiday preparations on the walls; dusty menus, etc. The food was great. The chocolate covered graham cracker was even better because hey girls have to have their chocolate. We walked out with two quarts of ice cream.

Absolute toilet.....that is the best I can say. Filthy, dirty, dimly lit. Everytime I ever ate here I got diarrhea, or was sick for the rest of the day. and if you order ice cream to go be prepared to take home with no lid on it

Without being too dramatic here, this was the greatest meal start to finish I’ve ever eaten in my life!!!The entire place is as authentic as it gets. The staff is incredibly friendly and work very hard behind the counter. There is just an old school comfortable feeling here that can’t be faked. The food is absolutely next level. One of the best burgers we’ve ever had. The onion rings- don’t debate, JUST GET THEM. We even tried some nostalgic items like the insanely good peanut butter and bacon sandwich. There are tons of different drinks and fruit punch items made with freshly squeezed juice. Every single item we ordered we DEMOLISHED with no remorse. It was that good!! Also— Whether you’ve saved room for dessert or not, you MUST get ice cream.

Great ice cream. We had lunch and brought the home made chocolates for Easter. Gone back for the last eighteen years. The chocolate is as good as ever. Hopefully it remains the same as Itgens has been sold.
